A. Undercutting
high pressure stainless steel pipe fittings should be special electric cutting machine or manual cutting machine, should not use high temperature cutting tools such as abrasive wheel saw. Must use a wheel saw, should comply with the following provisions: 1) no iron wheel saw; 2) specifically for cutting stainless steel water pipe wheel saw. After cutting, the end face of the pipe mouth should be flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis, the allowable cutting slope value e shall not exceed the following provisions.

Stainless steel special cutting knife undercutting operation method:
1. first, according to the actual installation needs of the site to determine the length of the pipe to be undercut, using a measuring tape to measure the size on the pipe and scribe.
2. Hold the pipe in your left hand, hold the cutter in your right hand, align the cutter blade with the scribed line, gently lock the blade with the handle, then turn the cutter around the pipe and rotate 720 degrees; then lock the blade again, turn the cutter around the pipe and rotate 720 degrees again; repeat the above steps until the pipe is cut off.
B. Burr removal
Use chamfering device to remove burrs inside and outside the down section to strictly prevent scratching the seal when inserting. Specific operation steps are as follows.
1. hold the pipe in the left hand, hold the chamferer in the right hand and press the chamferer against the pipe port, keeping the pipe and the axis of the chamferer in the same straight line.
2. Rotate the chamferer with force to remove the pipe burr.
3. The chamferer has two ends, one end is used to chamfer the outer burr and one end is used to chamfer the inner burr.
When using sawing, the pipe mouth must be repaired with a file to eliminate the sharp edges of the pipe and the iron filings produced by undercutting.
Special high pressure stainless steel pipe fittings and chamfers must be used. If using other material fittings and chamferers, stainless steel water pipes may rust and the use of high pressure repair means is strictly prohibited.
C. Marking and drawing lines
Before the stainless steel water pipe is formally inserted into the fittings, the insertion depth mark line needs to be drawn on the pipe to prevent the pipe from being inserted out of place during the construction process, reducing the reliability of the compression connection, and confirmed in the engineering inspection and acceptance. Specific operation methods are as follows.
1. first, remove the pipe fittings corresponding to the size of the pipe and remove the sealing ring of the pipe fittings.
2. inserting the pipe into the fittings.
3. Draw a line with a scribe at the connection between the pipe and the fittings.

F. Snap operation
Use hydraulic clamping tool to put the rounded projection of the pipe fittings into the jaw slot, put the jaws perpendicular to the clamping pipe fittings, press the plate machine until the clamping is completed. Observe the jaw closure gap, jaw closure, stop pressure, no overpressure seal, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the tool and reduce service life, if the pressure is loose, you can re-press according to the original shape.
G. Confirm the size of the jamming
Use special gauges to confirm the locking forming position.
